**What’s the role?**
We are looking for a talented People Partner to join our India People team to focus delivering both tactical and strategic people partnering activities You will partner with the leaders across Brainlabs India, working to build a deep understanding of our talent, and using that information to deliver the global people proposition by identifying opportunities and mitigating risk. You’ll be a key driver of the culture across the teams that you partner with, and be responsible for ensuring that the delivery of our global people strategy reflects the Brainlabs mission and values, and ultimately helps drive the success of the company.

**Give me a breakdown of what a People Partner at Brainlabs does**:
**Strategic people partner**
- Actively support managers on a day-to-day basis in managing people/teams driving better employee experiences and engagement
- Partner with managers and leaders, providing them with support and counsel on people strategies for their teams
- Manage employee relations matters, performance and growth and other tactical people management processes for your partnered teams
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
**Culture**
- Drive culture in the teams you partner with through the consistent implementation of company policies, practices and ways-of-working
**Talent Intelligence**
- Understand the talent in the the teams you partner with to identify flight risks, those ready for promotion, engagement or development opportunities, succession planning, talent mapping
- Understand resourcing needs and issues, requirements and internal/external resourcing/hiring needs and can match resourcing requirements with skills and experience - brief recruitment teams and ensure the right talent is sourced
- Use people data to strategically understand the talent in the teams you partner with, in order to identify opportunities and to mitigate risks and issues
**Clients**
- Work directly with clients, as required, helping to tailor talent plans for the client that drive skills development, resource optimisation, talent planning and management
**Growth**
- Ensure there is a highly engaging induction programme in place which supports the employee journey from offer through to career growth and development.
- Create, deliver and employee engagement programmes in line with the global people proposition
- Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions
**What particular set of skills would suit this role?**
- Experience working as a People Partner in an international business
- Strong relationship building and active listening skills
- The ability to interpret data and act off the back of it
- An understanding of key People processes and employee analytics, employee relations, resourcing and talent mapping
- Post M&A integration experience to help unify teams would be ideal, as well as helping on any due diligence work

- You will truly understand the talent landscape of the teams that you partner with, and use this knowledge to offer well informed advice to the leaders you partner with
- The teams you partner with will be motivated, engaged and effective, and your retention, engagement and development data will reflect that
