HR Policy & Compliance Knowledge - Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant people practices. Stakeholder Management & Communication - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively partner with all levels of management and influence decision-making. Data Analytics & HR Metrics - Ability to leverage people analytics and HR data to drive insights and make data-informed recommendations.
