Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution - Strong capability in handling employee relations issues, mediating conflicts, and resolving workplace disputes while maintaining compliance. Talent Development & Performance Management - Expertise in designing and implementing talent development interventions, performance management processes, and capability-building initiatives. HR Policy & Compliance Knowledge - Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant people practices. Stakeholder Management & Communication - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively partner with all levels of management and influence decision-making. Data Analytics & HR Metrics - Ability to leverage people analytics and HR data to drive insights and make data-informed recommendations.
