As the HR Business Partner for our India Talent Hub, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global operations through expert HR partnership, strong compliance leadership, and a focus on delivering an outstanding colleague experience.

- Handle sophisticated employee relations matters with discretion.
- Coach managers on performance management and India employment law.
- Build strong partnerships with leaders across divisions and geographies.
- Support compliance with labour laws and requirements.
- Coordinate payroll with external providers and internal Finance.
- Support PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity and, statutory processes.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure audit readiness.
- Partner with HR teams across the UK, US, and Europe for practices.
- Work with global COEs (TA, Reward, Capability, Shared Services) on local implementation.
- Represent India Talent Hub HR in regional/global projects.
- Drive local engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Support planning and execution of events, communication, and culture activities.
- Analyse engagement insights and develop action plans for retention.
- Maintain HR data accuracy in Sage People (ATLAS) and other systems.
- Support reporting and analytics for decision-making.
- Lead onboarding, transfers, and exits for smooth employee experience.
- Support audits and HR process improvements.
- Able to take the role to the next level with a proactive and forward-thinking approach.
- Confident in pushing back respectfully, maintaining positive relationships while influencing outcomes.
- Capable of running and navigating senior collaborators with maturity and integrity.
- Comfortable having conversations, challenging decisions constructively, and providing strong justifications.
- Skilled in processing handovers to the People Services team and supporting transitions.
- Able to take inputs for payroll and support payroll processing in Mirra teams.
- Excellent communication skills with strong clarity and confidence.
- Experience handling global collaborators, especially across multiple time zones.
- HRIS exposure is important – Sage People is highly preferred (good to have).
- Proven understanding of key HR areas, employee relations, and compliance.
- Strong focus on data integrity, Atlas inputs, and maintaining accurate records and basic Excel proficiency .
- Strong evidence of practical HR experience, especially in employee relations and compliance.
- Practical and enthusiastic about uncovering efficient ways to blend critical thinking with hands-on operational tasks.
