Role Description:
- **Assist in the preparation of chai, snacks, and food items under the guidance of senior chefs.**:
- Learn and follow Delhi Chai Café’s standard recipes and kitchen hygiene protocols.
- **Help with ingredient preparation, cutting, cleaning, and kitchen setup.**:
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and assist in daily kitchen operations.
- **Support in stocking inventory and managing basic kitchen supplies.**:
- Be open to learning new cooking methods, presentation styles, and kitchen responsibilities.
- **Ensure proper food handling and safety standards at all times.**
**Required Skills**:
- Basic understanding of Indian cooking and a willingness to learn café-style food preparation.
- **Good hygiene habits and attention to cleanliness.**:
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Teamwork and discipline in kitchen coordination.**:
- Eagerness to build a long-term culinary career in the café/QSR industry.
