_**Position Overview**:_

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales of excavators in the Howrah region, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. **Minimum 1 Year experience in sales, preferably in the construction equipment industry.**
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**1.** **Sales Generation**: Actively prospect and generate leads to achieve sales targets for excavators.

**2. Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

**3. Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our excavator models, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients and address their inquiries.

**4.** **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth and development.

**5. Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies to drive revenue growth.

**6. Negotiation**: Negotiate terms of sales agreements, contracts, and pricing with clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

**7. Documentation**: Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and other documentation as required by the company.

**8. Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**9. Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and after-sales service to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- **Requirements**:_

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. Proven track record of total 1 year success in sales, preferably in the construction equipment industry.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs.

5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
