**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented **Sales Officer** to promote and sell **PAINOFIX**, our ayurvedic pain relief product. The role requires market expansion, retailer engagement, and driving sales growth across West Bengal.

**Salary Range**: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Performance-based incentives available)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote **PAINOFIX** in assigned territories.
- Identify and onboard distributors, wholesalers, and retail pharmacies.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, doctors, and wellness centers to increase brand visibility.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate potential customers about the benefits of **PAINOFIX**.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report market trends to the management.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for strategic improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-5 years** of sales experience (preferably in Ayurveda, FMCG, OTC product, General Merchant, etc).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel across West Bengal for market visits.
- Basic knowledge of Ayurveda and pain relief products is an advantage.
