Job Title: Education Counselor
Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can apply)
**Salary**: ₹15,000/month (For freshers)
Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding programs, admissions process, eligibility, and career outcomes.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a regular pipeline of prospects.
- Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams and university partners for seamless onboarding.
Key Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in handling student queries and objections
- Basic knowledge of higher education courses and admission processes
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)
Qualifications:
- HSC / Graduate (Any Stream)
- Prior experience in counseling/sales/education industry/Telecalling/Telesales is an added advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
