We are looking for a results-driven **Business Development Executive (BDE)** to join our team and help us expand our client base.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Pitch and present company services to prospects.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Prior sales or business development experience is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
