**Responsibilities**:
**E-commerce Platform Management**:
Manage and maintain our e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to our website, mobile app, and third-party marketplaces.

Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to replenish stock as needed.

Implement strategies to improve website usability and conversion rates.

**Digital Marketing**:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving traffic and sales.

Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

**Customer Experience**:
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Implement strategies to enhance the online shopping experience, such as personalized recommendations, product reviews, and user-generated content.

Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights gathered.

**Analytics and Reporting**:
Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track key performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.

Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.

Identify opportunities for growth and optimization based on data analysis.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**:
Work closely with various departments including marketing, sales, operations, and IT to ensure alignment of e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to streamline processes and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing techniques.

Proficiency in web analytics tools and data analysis.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
