E-commerce Operations Executive

Kaatil is looking for an E-commerce manager, who can streamline eCom operations. This individual will have the freedom to experiment, learn & evolve our marketplace strategy as we scale further.

**Responsibilities**
- Onboard and manage our product listings on Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces
- Optimize product listings to maximize visibility, sales, and customer engagement
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts
- Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure all logistics & inventory issues are resolved
- Manager customer messages for delightful customer experience
- Contribute towards marketing campaigns on all platforms & explore new opportunities to grow campaigns more efficiently and effectively
- Monitor sales and performance metrics and use data to identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace representatives and internal stakeholders
- Identify new e-commerce marketplaces to expand our online sales presence
- Troubleshoot product, service, or marketplace issues and resolve them in a timely manner

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience working in a startup, preferably FMCG or E-Commerce focussed
- Prior experience in a similar role - Experience within digital marketing is a plus
- Possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
- High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- A creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
