**Job Title**: E-commerce Operations Executive
**Location**: Mumbai, India

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Management**:

- Oversee daily operations of e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), including listing new products, updating existing listings, and optimizing product content for better visibility and sales.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and resolving issues related to account health, suspensions, or policy changes.
- Monitor and manage product pricing, stock levels, and fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Implement effective pricing strategies, promotional deals, and discounts to stay competitive in the market.

**Website Management (Shopify)**:

- Manage the company's e-commerce website on Shopify, including product uploads, updates, and content optimization.
- Collaborate with the web design and content team to improve website UI/UX, implement new features, and ensure a seamless customer journey from browsing to checkout.
- Regularly test website functionalities, address bugs, and work with developers for custom solutions when needed.
- Monitor website performance and analytics to identify improvement opportunities in customer experience, conversion rates, and sales.

**Inventory & Order Management**:

- Coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain teams to maintain optimal inventory levels across all platforms, ensuring timely stock replenishment and preventing stockouts.
- Manage order processing, shipping, and fulfillment to ensure accurate and prompt deliveries.
- Handle returns and customer service inquiries related to orders on various marketplaces and website platforms.
- Utilize tools and software to track inventory levels, analyze sales trends, and forecast demand.

**Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to generate actionable insights for improving sales performance and customer experience.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics, including sales performance, inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and promotional success.
- Use marketplace dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub) and website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) for data-driven decision-making.

**Marketing & Promotions**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and product launches across all e-commerce platforms.
- Set up and manage sponsored ads, PPC campaigns, and other promotional activities on Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify to drive traffic and boost conversions.
- Optimize product listings with SEO-friendly content to improve organic search rankings and visibility on marketplaces and search engines.

**Customer Experience & Feedback**:

- Monitor customer reviews and feedback on all marketplaces, addressing any issues promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, such as managing customer support, handling returns efficiently, and providing proactive updates on orders.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing and Operations
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with hands-on experience in managing platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using e-commerce tools (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel). Familiarity with inventory management software and order processing systems is a plus.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data, website analytics, and marketplace reports to make data-driven decisions.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges, such as order fulfillment issues, stock management, and customer complaints.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of attention to detail to ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management.

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Flexibility**: Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced e-commerce environment and handle multiple platforms simultaneously.
