**Job Description / Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Engage with existing customers to encourage participation in the referral program.- 2. Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns to promote the refer and earn initiative.- 3. Collaborate with the retention marketing and product teams to align referral efforts with overall business goals.- 4. Provide exceptional customer service to both existing and referred customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the referral campaign.- 5. Develop and execute referral marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.-
- 7. Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and affiliates to expand the reach of the referral program.- 8. You will also be exposed to digital marketing campaigns on Google, Meta and other Ad platforms.- 9. Track and analyse key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.- 10. Regularly communicate program updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.- 11. Monitor industry trends and best practices in marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.**Requirements**:

- 1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.- 2. Minimum 1 year of experience in referral marketing, customer acquisition, paid marketing, or a similar role.- 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- 4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- 5. Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive referral program success.- 6. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful referral marketing strategies.- 7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.- 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.- 9.
