As our first Digital Marketing Associate, you’ll build our marketing engine from the ground up.

**You’ll take charge of**:

- Managing and growing MatAll’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and more.
- Designing and publishing engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, banners, ads, etc.).
- Running paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms with a focus on maintaining ROAS benchmarks.
- Creating and publishing weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
- Planning and executing campaigns across demand and supply sides (users + suppliers).
- Working closely with founders to align messaging with business goals.
- Consuming feedback and campaign data to refine future strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Some hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Basic design skills and an eye for visual storytelling.
- Strong content writing ability (short-form and visual).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Bonus: Experience in hyperlocal, e-commerce, or logistics-led businesses.
