This position will report to one of the Product Marketing Leads.As a Product Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the Product Marketing Lead in developing and executing strategies that drive product adoption, market growth, and customer satisfaction. This role requires someone who is not only passionate about product marketing but also eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of ZS SaaS products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products are positioned effectively in the market.- You will also assist the Product Marketing and Demand Generation Manager in executing specific tactics of the multiple marketing campaigns that are ran simultaneously.**What you'll do**:

- ** Positioning & Messaging**: Help the Product Marketing Lead:

- Understand the product features, segment the target market and define the benefits and clearly articulate the corresponding benefits and values.
- Describe the buying committee and each buyer persona for each segment.
- Collaborate with the Content & Creative teams to develop product narratives that differentiate and position ZS in the market.
- ** Product Launches**:Assist in planning and executing successful product launches, ensuring that all cross-functional teams are aligned and that marketing efforts are coordinated to maximize impact.
- ** Sales Enablement**:Work with the Product Marketing Lead to develop sales tools, training materials, and presentations that empower the sales team to effectively communicate product value.
- ** Customer Intelligence**:Assist the Product Marketing Lead in understanding how customers use ZS products, uncovering the key benefits and problems we solve.
- ** Market Research & Competitor Intelligence**: Conduct market research to gather insights on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Analyze data to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- ** Performance Tracking**:Support the team by monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Work closely with product management, sales, other teams in the marketing organization and across ZS to ensure alignment and effective execution of product marketing initiatives.

**What you'll bring**:

- Demonstrated experience translating technical features into benefits & values with the objective to contribute to creating relevant and impactful customer-facing (sales materials, brochures, web copy, presentations) and internal collaterals (sales enablement).
- Comfortable working cross-functionally to effectively and successfully bring project to completion.
- Experience working with data and data tools to manipulate, analyze and interpret marketing data and outcome measures.
- Strong international collaboration skills. Ability to think ahead and leverage time with global colleagues effectively so that individual work achieves maximum impact.
- Experience balancing multiple tasks and delivering projects on time.
- Must be curious and a self-starter who is able to learn quickly and independently.
