**What success looks like in this role**:
**Content Marketing Associate**

**Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation **- Help with the creation and visual appeal of content - marketing collateral, including videos, webinars, podcasts, infographics, thought leadership, blog posts, solution briefs, brochures, demand gen advertisements, event signage and collateral and more.
- **Project management - **Serve as a liaison with other teams to brainstorm strategy and manage and execute content marketing projects.
- **Digital Marketing **- Write website content, optimize web content for enhanced UX, and add keywords for SEO to support our digital marketing strategy.
- **Analytics **- Help maintain an ongoing tally of the work produced by the content marketing team. Review analytics to assess the performance of our content and prepare reports on content marketing performance.
- **Martech **- Research new tools available in marketing to streamline and enhance the efficiency of the content creation process.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media, journalism, or communications preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a content-marketing-related role preferred
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly creative with solid writing skills
- IT industry knowledge or aptitude
- Reporting, data analysis, and design skills a plus
- Uses and understands social and digital marketing software tools and messaging
- Ability to work in a fast-paced global team environment
- Strong organizational, project, and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet milestones, meet tight deadlines and communicate status on concurrent projects
- Ability to work under pressure, juggling multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Highly collaborative with the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Reliable, flexible self-starter
