**Job Title**: Business Development Executive (BDE) - IT Direct Sales

**Location**: Mohali

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 1-3 years (preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:

- Identify and target potential clients across various industries for IT services, software solutions, and technology products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales & Negotiation**:

- Understand client requirements and propose IT solutions and services that align with their business needs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Market Research & Competitive Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive products, and market demands.
- Analyze competitors' offerings and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Lead Generation & CRM Management**:

- Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely response to inquiries.
- **Sales Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in IT sales or business development, preferably in direct sales.
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of IT services, software, or technology solutions.
- **CRM Tools**: Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms is a plus.
- **Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented**: Ability to work independently and meet targets in a competitive environment.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate with the sales and technical teams to drive business growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,998.36 - ₹63,787.92 per month
