**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Own the **full sales cycle** from lead generation to deal closure for cybersecurity solutions and services.
- Conduct high-impact discovery calls, product demos, and virtual presentations to showcase business value.
- Work with marketing and BDRs to drive qualified leads through outreach campaigns and inbound channels.
- Tailor proposals and pitches for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay on top of **cybersecurity trends, threat landscapes**, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST).
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity logs in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Sales Engineering, Solutions Architects, Customer Success—to deliver a seamless buyer experience.
- Meet and exceed **monthly sales quotas**, KPIs, and quarterly goals.
**What You Bring**:
- 3+ years of experience in **inside sales or business development**, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity or IT services.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, services (MSSP, SOC, Incident Response), and products (SIEM, XDR, firewalls, etc.).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and compelling way.
- Proven success in a **solution-selling environment** with consultative sales techniques.
- Experience using CRM and sales tech (Salesloft, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
**Always Learning - Certifications & Training**:
- A strong commitment to **continuous learning** and staying updated on the **latest cybersecurity technologies, threats, and tools**.
- Participation in regular internal and external training programs.
- Industry certifications are a plus (or willingness to earn them):
- **CompTIA Security+**, **CISSP**, **CISM**, **CEH**:
- Vendor certifications (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet NSE, Cisco Security, Microsoft Security, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne)
