Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We're looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating sales leads, pitching products/services, and closing deals over the phone or through digital channels. If you're a motivated and persuasive individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.

2. Identify and qualify leads, pitch products/services, and handle objections.

3. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

4. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales in CRM software.

5. Collaborate with sales team to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge.

**Requirements**:
1. 1-2 years of inside sales experience (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

2. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

4. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
