**Position**: Process Associate

**Work location**: Prathik Tech Park, Electronic City Ph-1, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

**Skills Required**:AR experience & Excellent communication,4 to 5years of collections and billing exp mandatory**

**Shift timings**: 3PM to 12AM

**Total experience required**: 8 to 9years

**VOICE PROCESS**
- The duties of a Collections Associate include collection calls and Analyse sales order release and review Sales force tickets.
- Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process, and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
- Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.

Mandatory Skill set
- 8-9yrs years High Volume B2B Collections experience and handling order release tickets
- Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

- UK shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- collections: 5 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka (required)

Ability to Relocate:
