Customer Support: Provide support to customers, answering their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring they are satisfied with the services provided. Advocacy: Act as an advocate for clients, connecting them with the appropriate services and resources, and ensuring they receive the support they need. Required Skills: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and service providers. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve service-related issues promptly. Customer service: A strong customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing excellent service. Interpersonal skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and service providers. Technical skills: Proficiency in relevant software and systems (e.g., CRM, scheduling software).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
