**Location**: Manesar/Gurgaon
**Salary**: INR 22,000 - 28,000 per month
**Experience**:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Background in the automobile industry preferred
- Graduate qualification
- Must possess a two-wheeler
**Company Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and manage sales strategies to secure and execute orders for our product line
- Provide excellent after-sales service, directly and through our Distributors/Dealers network
- Offer marketing and technical support, including sample approvals for sales promotion
- Ensure timely payment collection for outstanding bills and statutory forms
- Maintain records of daily sales activities in the CRM system
- Attend to any additional tasks assigned by the management
**Qualifications**:
Any Graduate
**Skills**:
- Strong B2B sales knowledge, with a preference for experience in the automobile industry
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficient in CRM software for sales tracking and reporting
- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks
- Result-driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
- Team player with the capability to collaborate effectively
