We are looking for an experienced **Paid Marketing Strategist** with a strong background in blockchain or cryptocurrency to join our innovative team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns that drive growth, increase brand visibility, and attract the right audience in the blockchain and Web3 space.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Campaign Strategy & Execution**: Develop and execute data-driven paid marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and blockchain-specific advertising platforms.
- **PPC and Paid Campaigns**: Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- **Targeting & Segmentation**: Identify and prioritize target audiences, ensuring campaigns effectively reach the blockchain/crypto community.
- **Performance Optimization**: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs, such as Cost Per Conversion (CPC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversions.
- **Content Collaboration**: Work with creative teams to produce compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages tailored to blockchain audiences.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Use tools like Google Analytics, and platform dashboards to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on blockchain trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging ad platforms within the Web3 ecosystem.
- **Budget Management**: Allocate and manage budgets effectively to maximize campaign ROI while staying within constraints.
- **Retargeting & Remarketing**: Create strategies for retargeting blockchain users, such as wallet-based retargeting and behavior-based remarketing.

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 3-4 years in paid marketing, with proven experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency sector.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, PPC, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads.
- Knowledge of blockchain-specific platforms, such as Coinzilla, Bitmedia, or Adshares, is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to develop innovative ad strategies that appeal to blockchain and crypto-savvy audiences.
- **Industry Knowledge**: A deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, NFTs, or Web3 ecosystems.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience is highly valued.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
