Social Media Paid Marketing Strategist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Twitter (X), LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging Web3-native platforms.
- Develop strategic campaign frameworks tailored to Web3 audiences, token launches, NFT drops, DeFi platforms, and crypto exchanges.
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking (e.g., wallet signups, token sales).
- Create and manage ad creatives in collaboration with the content and design teams.
- Provide regular performance reports with insights on ROAS, CAC, CTR, and other KPIs.
- Research blockchain market trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging social platforms in the Web3 space (like Discord, Telegram, Lens, or Farcaster).
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies related to crypto and blockchain advertising.
- Work cross-functionally with community managers, product teams, and devs to align paid efforts with brand narratives.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in paid social media marketing.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with **blockchain, crypto, or NFT-related marketing campaigns**.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Experience running performance marketing campaigns for crypto projects (token launch, ICO/IDO/IEO, NFT sales, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with crypto communities, influencers, and decentralized ecosystems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
