**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Strategy Development**:

- Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the blockchain audience.
- Identify and target key audience segments across platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, and Discord.
- Align social media efforts with broader marketing goals to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- **Paid Campaign Management**:

- Design, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI.
- Monitor budgets, analyze campaign performance metrics, and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs.
- **Performance Marketing**:

- Develop performance marketing initiatives to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Use analytics tools to track campaign success and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to ensure high-quality results.
- **Community Building and Engagement**:

- Build and nurture online communities around the brand through organic and paid initiatives.
- Collaborate with the community team to foster meaningful engagement and manage conversations on platforms like Telegram and Discord.
- Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and key opinion leaders in the blockchain space.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Experience**: 3-6 years in social media marketing, performance marketing, or a related field, preferably in the **blockchain industry.**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Strong knowledge of PPC, paid campaigns, and performance marketing.
- Experience with SEO tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with blockchain concepts & services.
- **Creativity**: Proven ability to design and execute creative marketing campaigns.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in data analysis and campaign optimization using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEMrush.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- **Tools**: Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and analytics platforms.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Passion for blockchain technology.
- Experience managing global campaigns for technical or developer-focused audiences.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in digital marketing and blockchain communities.

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
