**Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Positioning and Copywriting**: Use brand positioning and understand copywriting frameworks like AIDA to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with sales, operations, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or Master's degree in any field.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage/handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A positive and supportive approach to foster a productive team environment.
