**About the Role**

We're seeking a **Marketing Strategist** with a proven track record in crafting and executing high-impact marketing initiatives, particularly for **SaaS products**. This role is pivotal in accelerating customer acquisition, strengthening brand positioning, and ensuring product-market fit through innovative, data-backed strategies.

As a key contributor, you'll take full ownership of strategic planning, design end-to-end marketing campaigns, and work cross-functionally to grow market share and brand equity.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Develop and execute comprehensive **marketing strategies** aligned with SaaS product lifecycles and business goals.
- Identify and segment **target audiences** to improve engagement, acquisition, and retention.
- Define **value propositions and positioning frameworks** to gain a competitive market edge.
- Conduct thorough **market research and competitor analysis** to uncover trends and customer pain points.
- Implement and refine **lead nurturing programs** to reduce churn and increase LTV.
- Collaborate with **content, design, sales, and product** teams to ensure cohesive and high-performing campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns by tracking **CAC, LTV, ROI**, and other relevant KPIs.
- Manage the **marketing budget** efficiently while maximizing returns.
- Stay abreast of evolving SaaS marketing tools, channels, and technologies.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the marketing team.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Master’s degree in **Marketing, Business Administration**, or a related field.
- **2-5 years** of experience in marketing, preferably in a **product/SaaS company**.
- Strong background in **strategic planning** and end-to-end campaign execution.
- Proficiency with **CRM platforms**, **CMS tools**, and **marketing automation systems**.
- Solid understanding of **market research methodologies** and **data analysis** techniques.
- Excellent **communication, collaboration, and presentation** skills.
- A **data-driven mindset** with a keen focus on ROI and measurable impact.
- Familiarity with **agile methodologies** is a plus.
