**Lead Generation and Management**: Acquire and manage leads from YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, ensuring zero lead leakage and no duplication Centralize all incoming leads on a unified platform for seamless management
- **Social Media Engagement**: Implement strategies to improve customer engagement on social media platforms Enhance the quality of leads and inquiries entering the system from various social media sources
- **Data Management and Analysis**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on all lead sources from social media channels Track lead activities and interactions to understand common behaviors, interests, and needs Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights
- **Communication and Nurturing**: Nurture leads efficiently to convert more prospects into students Deliver engaging communication to nurture prospects, amplify brand, and shorten the inquiry to enrollment journey
- **CRM System Optimization**: Optimize CRM processes to ensure data integrity Ensure the successful configuration and management of the CRM system to optimize sales, marketing, and customer service
- **Reporting and Analytics**: Monitor and report on CRM metrics to senior management5. Set KPIs to measure campaign results, drive insights, and make recommendations to inform business decisions
- **Collaboration and Coordination**: Work with internal teams to integrate communication scripts and ensure CRM strategy aligns with business objectives
- **Security and Compliance**: Securely manage and share student credentials and passwords, adhering to data protection policies. Implement appropriate security measures to protect student data and privacy
