**Job Title**: Education Counselor - Inside Sales & Marketing

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Education Counselor** to join our **Inside Sales and Marketing team**. You will be responsible for guiding students in choosing the right course or career path and handling inbound/outbound calls to convert leads into admissions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents on educational programs and career options
- Follow up with potential leads and convert them into enrollments
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for leads and conversions
- Maintain proper records of student interactions in CRM tools
- Support in marketing campaigns, webinars, and promotions

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Ability to convince and guide students effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any stream
