Job Overview:

We are looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our student acquisition and marketing initiatives. The role demands expertise in lead generation, conversion, and digital campaigns to drive growth in the EdTech sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Inside Sales team to meet targets.
  • Drive student acquisition & enrollment growth.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for lead generation.
  • Convert leads through consultative sales approach.
  • Collaborate with marketing team for promotions & outreach activities.
  • Track, analyze & report performance metrics.
  • Ensure high-quality customer engagement and satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/MBA with 4–6 yrs in Inside Sales & Marketing (EdTech domain preferred).
  • Experience in B2C/B2B sales, lead management & CRM tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation & team management skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms preferred.
  • Age limit: Under 35 yrs.
  • Only experienced candidates as per criteria will be considered (no freshers).
