Job Title: Inside Sales Trainer – EdTech

Location: Swargate, Pune | Experience: 3–6 yrs | Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Trainer to coach and upskill our sales team on communication, objection handling, product pitching, and closing techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding & refresher training for inside sales.
  • Design role plays, mock calls & e-learning modules.
  • Monitor calls, provide feedback & coaching.
  • Track performance & align training with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred)
  • 3–6 yrs in Inside Sales/Telesales Training (EdTech/B2C preferred)
  • Strong sales coaching, CRM & presentation skills
