Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – B2C Inside Sales & Marketing to lead a team of sales professionals and drive performance in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in B2C inside sales, a passion for people management, and the ability to strategize and execute lead conversion plans effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of inside sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
  • Monitor day-to-day sales performance, track KPIs, and ensure consistent productivity
  • Plan and execute strategies to improve conversion rates from leads to closures
  • Analyze CRM data and sales reports to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution with a customer-first mindset
  • Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives
  • Ensure timely onboarding, training, and performance review of new team members
  • Maintain updated records of sales, activity trackers, and client communication
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management
  • Contribute to process improvements, scripting, and sales automation initiatives

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of B2C sales funnels and buyer psychology
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs like Zoho, Salesforce, or LeadSquared
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to generate and act on insights
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to meet aggressive targets
  • Experience in sales training, onboarding, and performance coaching
  • High level of ownership, adaptability, and decision-making

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 8–10 years of B2C sales experience with at least 2+ years in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership track record in team performance, target achievement, and sales growth
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Education preferred
  • Experience in EdTech, test prep, or career counseling space is a strong advantage
