Job Title: Manager – B2C Inside Sales and Marketing (Education Counselor)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – B2C Inside Sales & Marketing to lead a team of sales professionals and drive performance in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in B2C inside sales, a passion for people management, and the ability to strategize and execute lead conversion plans effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of inside sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor day-to-day sales performance, track KPIs, and ensure consistent productivity
- Plan and execute strategies to improve conversion rates from leads to closures
- Analyze CRM data and sales reports to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution with a customer-first mindset
- Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives
- Ensure timely onboarding, training, and performance review of new team members
- Maintain updated records of sales, activity trackers, and client communication
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management
- Contribute to process improvements, scripting, and sales automation initiatives
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of B2C sales funnels and buyer psychology
- Hands-on experience with CRMs like Zoho, Salesforce, or LeadSquared
- Data-driven approach with the ability to generate and act on insights
- Strategic thinking with the ability to meet aggressive targets
- Experience in sales training, onboarding, and performance coaching
- High level of ownership, adaptability, and decision-making
Eligibility Criteria:
- 8–10 years of B2C sales experience with at least 2+ years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership track record in team performance, target achievement, and sales growth
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Education preferred
- Experience in EdTech, test prep, or career counseling space is a strong advantage
