**Job Purpose**

Good understanding of prepaid charging system, business criticality. Role accountable for prepaid charging platform
- Amdocs C1 planning, design & solution for various prepaid products offerings at PAN India level. Role responsible to create, coordinate and implement day to day new products, solutions nationally & expected to work with business and cross function teams. Should have good analytic skill to guide operation team, SNOC team & handle business quarries.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Domain and Technical SME Real time charging of voice/SMS/ Data charging
- Policy and revenue management
- Develop & implement new services based on business requirements & organizational strategy.
- Deliver solution & guidance in various cross functional activities & project.
- Work with the various partners involved in projects & ensure seamless collaboration across cross partners.
- Ensure Quality, time & cost parameters are met without any overrun. Responsible to establish and monitor efficient use of effort/cost estimation with respective service partners
- Collaborate with COG & SNOC team to ensure Charging platforms KPIs
- Support & govern business critical activities on day to day basis

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- At least 9+ years of experience with any charging system and good knowledge on charging protocols (CAMEL, DIAMETER), experience on Amdocs IN is desirable.
- Must have experience Installation/Integration and upgrades of Amdocs C1-Charging system nodes like SDP, URE- SLU, DSLU, FE -SAPI, ASYNC, SGU and DGU.
- Good understanding of Amdocs IN architecture & PCAT functions for product configurations
- Detailed understanding of interfaces between charging system & rest Core nodes like, MSC, HLR, PCRF, DRA, STP etc.
- Should be Out-of-the-box thinker & Good team player
- Good knowledge on emerging technologies
- Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills required
- Strong interpersonal & presentation skills with an ability to drive team

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Engineer Graduate:

- B.Tech/B.E /Computer Science
- Must have any of hands-on experience any of charging Platform like Amdocs C1, Ericsson IN understanding would be an added advantage
- Experience in basic network architecture of mobile technology -2g,3g,4G,VoLTE
- Should have experience in OS -Linux, UNIX & Windows
- Sound knowledge of various tracing tools like Wireshark and scripting tool will add value.
- Experience on IN projects i.e. IN HW /Software upgrades ,Platform modernization & migration projects
- Experience on governing large team
- Experience in Database - Oracle, PL-SQL or any other DB & tools.
- Should have understanding on DB Planning, OPEX ,CAPEX ordering, PR/PO Tracking, BOQ agreement, WH Inventory Control
- Hands one Experience in Dimensioning planning in terms of compute ,storage & transactional
- Experience on integrating various platforms using SOAP or TCP/IP interface.
