**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- ** Administrative Support** : Provide administrative support to the founder and senior leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- ** Social media Management**: Manage Social Media including Linkedin Post, Blogs and engaging in share 4 share Activity
- ** Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact between the founders and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication
- ** Documentation**: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports for the founders, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
- ** Project Coordination**: Manage various projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- ** Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- ** Problem Solving**: Proactively identify and resolve issues and anticipate the needs of the founders to streamline their workflow.
- ** Strategy Development**: The founder's office is responsible for developing the company's long-term strategy. This involves identifying the market opportunity and developing a plan to capitalize on it.
- ** Resource Management**: The founder's office is responsible for managing the company's resources, including finances, human capital, and technology. This involves developing budgets, hiring employees, and managing the company's technology infrastructure.
- ** Performance Management**: The founder's office is responsible for monitoring the company's performance against its strategic objectives. This involves developing KPIs, tracking progress against those KPIs, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure that the company is on track to meet its goals.
- ** Investor Relations**: The founder's office may spend time communicating with investors to keep them updated on the company's progress and ensure that they are aligned with the company's goals.
- ** Research & Analyses**: Conduct research and analyze data to support decision-making by the founder and senior leadership team.
- ** Planning**: Plan and execute special events and projects as needed but not limited to, including meetings, conferences, and company-wide initiatives.
- ** Networking**:The founder's office may attend networking events to build relationships with potential partners, investors, or customers.

- Previous experience in executive support or business analyst of 2-5 years of experience
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Scaled yourself to become a tech leader
- An ex-entrepreneur will be preferred

- You are an entrepreneur at heart, i.e you are not only excited about startups but also really understand what it is like to work in one
- You do not wait for instructions and guidelines but believe in taking end-to-end ownership of things
- You are excited to learn new things and do not shy away from going above and beyond the traditional growth paths. You have strong communication skills
- You can quickly adapt to the changing environment and are quick to pick up new skills if required to get the job done
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project related software
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
