**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **field visits** to meet prospective clients, present products/services, and close sales.
- **Generate leads** through cold calling, referrals, online research, and networking.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline via **CRM tools**.
- Lead and support a small team of inside sales executives to achieve targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure daily/weekly KPIs are met.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches, product presentations, and proposals.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close deals to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
- Maintain strong post-sale client relationships for up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
