Scope of the Role
As a Sales Officer for Current Accounts, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our current customers. You will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience. You will be the go-to person for any questions or concerns our customers may have. You will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities and expanding our customer base. With your enthusiasm and dedication, you will help us reach our goals and make our customers happy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve any payment issues.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
- Provide customer service and technical support.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote the company’s products and services.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
