**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Supervision**:

- Oversee daily shop floor activities to ensure smooth production operations.
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and guide shop floor staff, ensuring adherence to work standards and safety protocols.
- Resolve conflicts, provide training, and promote teamwork among workers.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect work processes and products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and address quality issues promptly in collaboration with the quality team.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure all safety guidelines and protocols are strictly followed on the shop floor.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and risk assessments to maintain a safe work environment.
- **Inventory and Material Management**:

- Monitor raw material and component usage to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Coordinate with the stores department to ensure timely availability of materials.
- **Reporting and Coordination**:

- Prepare and maintain daily production reports, including output, downtime, and issues.
- Communicate with production planners and higher management regarding progress and challenges.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Proficiency in using production management tools and software.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques (preferred).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Location : Satpur, Nashik**

**Qualification : ITI/DME**

**Experience : 1 to 5 year**

**Salary : 18k to 20k**

**Note : Immediate joiners preferred.**
