**Job Title**: Floor Supervisor - Automobile Service
**Location**: Pune, Maharashtra

**About Us**:
Renault Pune, operated by Unnati Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., is a trusted name in automobile sales and service. We are seeking an experienced **Floor Supervisor** to manage workshop operations, ensure productivity, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain **95% attendance** and attend at least **80% in-house training** sessions conducted by Cotech.
- Allocate work to technicians based on skill matrix, ensuring **80% productivity**.
- Maintain **80% workshop bay productivity** and track timely deliveries.
- Manage the **Service Control Board** and floor tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with Cotech for carry-over vehicles and complex cases.
- Complete all documentation as per Care SOP (Repair Orders, Vehicle Inspection Sheets).
- Ensure adherence to Care SOP for smooth service operations.
- Achieve **85% same-day delivery** rate.
- Maintain **5S process** for cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment.
- Report daily to Cotech and Service Manager.
- Ensure achievement of **NPS score targets** as per RIPL guidelines.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors, Warranty In-charge, Parts Department, FI, and Cotech.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ITI in Automobile or related technical qualification.
- Prior experience in workshop supervision or job control in the automobile industry.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and productivity management.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
