**Job Title : Shop Floor Supervisor**
**Reports to : Factory Manager**
**Experience: 5 to 6 Years.**
**Education: DME / BE Mechanical Engineer.**

**Job purpose : To manage all day to day operations of overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure that products are made efficiently, safely, and to a high quality**

**Duties and responsibilities**
- **Decide daily work targets for operators & assign work to Operator according to their skill metric.**:

- **Manpower Handling**:

- **Follow the production plan & Check quality of product.**:

- **Do the Machine Setup & 1st Piece approval on production register.**:

- **Ensure discipline on the shop floor**:

- **Maintain the record of rejection & rework on daily basis**:

- **Ensure safety, hygiene, 5S maintainedon the shop floor**:

- **Auto CAD, ERP & MSCIT**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
