**Duties and Responsibilities**:
As a Floor Supervisor in an educational setting, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily classroom activities, maintaining discipline and safety, and supporting both educators and students. This role is essential to fostering a structured, respectful, and productive learning environment.

**Classroom and Facility Oversight**
- Supervise daily operations across classrooms and common areas to ensure schedules and academic activities are running efficiently.
- Monitor the physical environment to ensure classrooms are clean, organized, and equipped with necessary teaching materials and resources.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and technical support teams to resolve any facility-related issues promptly.

**Student Supervision and Discipline**
- Maintain a visible and active presence in hallways, classrooms, and shared spaces to promote discipline, punctuality, and respectful behavior.
- Intervene when necessary to address student behavioral issues and escalate matters to academic or disciplinary staff as appropriate.
- Ensure student movement between classes, breaks, and exits is orderly and secure.

**Support for Educators and Staff**
- Assist teachers with classroom management support when needed, particularly in large or multi-level groups.
- Ensure timely communication of class schedules, changes, or announcements to faculty and students.
- Help implement classroom protocols and support event coordination (exams, guest lectures, student orientations, etc.).

**Health, Safety, and Compliance**
- Enforce school safety policies, emergency procedures, and attendance protocols.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.
- Monitor entry and exit points to support secure campus access, especially during arrival and dismissal periods.

Experience:

- 3 to 5 yrs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
