**About the Role**:
The Operations Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient execution of daily logistics operations. This is an individual contributor role responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, dispatch planning, and transportation management. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage end-to-end operational activities independently while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Manage daily logistics operations, including warehouse coordination, dispatch, and transportation scheduling.**
Plan, monitor, and execute inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.

**Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and vendors for smooth vehicle movement and delivery tracking.**
Maintain and update daily records of dispatches, stock movement, and delivery status.

**Monitor delivery performance, track turnaround times (TAT), and ensure operational efficiency.**
Coordinate with internal teams such as customer service and accounts to resolve issues.

**Ensure proper documentation of shipments, including invoices, delivery challans, and PODs.**
Identify and report operational challenges or delays and propose effective solutions.

**Manage loading and unloading operations & optimize daily logistics operations**

**Qualifications & Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
Min 3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations.
Strong understanding of logistics operations, warehouse coordination, and transportation management.
Hands-on experience with logistics documentation and route planning.
Proficient in MS Excel and logistics software Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently under pressure.

Work Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility to work extended hours or weekends during peak operational periods.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
