**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in monitoring and supervising powder coating operations on the shop floor.
- Understand and ensure adherence to coating quality standards (e.g., finish, thickness).
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for day-to-day activities.
- Support in maintaining shift reports, material records, and quality documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety and 5S standards on the shop floor.
- Participate in training sessions to build technical and leadership skills.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or surface treatments (preferred).
- Willingness to learn powder coating techniques and production supervision.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and basic quality checks (preferred).

**Experience Required**: Fresher (0-1 year)
**Qualification**: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
