**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated **Production Supervisor **to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our production process within the **Powder Coating Department**.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1. Production Planning**: Develop production schedules, plans, and strategies to meet customer demand while optimizing resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials.

**2. Process Improvement**: Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase output without compromising quality standards.

**3. Quality Control**: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all finished products meet the required specifications and standards. This includes monitoring production processes, conducting quality checks, and addressing any issues related to product quality.

**4. Resource Management**: Manage and allocate resources such as raw materials, equipment, and personnel effectively to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

**5. Health and Safety**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.

**6. Team Leadership**: Lead and supervise production teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that they perform their roles effectively and efficiently.

**7. Problem-solving**: Identify and resolve production-related issues and challenges in a timely manner. Analyze root causes of problems, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of issues.

**8. Continuous Improvement**: By using TQM tools like Six Sigma, Pareto charts, etc. and drive a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation, implementing best practices, and seeking opportunities to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Preference: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Min. Graduate
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Understanding of quality control and assurance processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Preferred Skills**
- Education in **Paint Shop Technology**:

- Proven experience in **powder coating production** line.
- Knowledge of powder **coating processes, equipment, and materials**.
- Preferred Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi.
- Computer Proficiency: MS Word, Excel, PPT

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
