**Designation: Production Supervisor**
**Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering, ITI**
**Experience (years / field): 2 -3 years**
**Any other special knowledge / course: Computer proficiency, AUTOCAD SOFTWARE**
Job profile / description:
**1). Should have Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role.**
**2). Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools along with Computer Proficiency in MS Office.**
3). Should be able to handle and tackle employees, Labors on daily basis. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
4). Arrangements for Logistics and their follow-ups. Managing and maintaining record of daily Material requirements, Purchase Stocks, Material Dispatches etc.
5). Attending new enquiries and requirements of companies. Co-ordinating with designer for the same, making quotations and follow-up with company for orders. Attending and Visiting Companies for various meetings and requirements
6). Maintaining records of the Purchases, sales and expenses.
7). Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures. Organizational and leadership abilities. Adaptable to situations and have learning attitude.
8). Self-motivated with a results-driven approach with Problem-solving skills
9). High School Diploma; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
