**Position** - Production Supervisor
**Location** -Wadgaon Sheri, Pune
**Experience**- 1 Year -3Years
**Qualification**- Diploma Mechanical Engg,Additional Degree in Engg or relevant Field.
**CTC**- As per company
**Position Overview**: The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety standards, and guiding team members to achieve production goals. Maintaining all process wise outputs and performance records in MS office/Tally, this role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Objective Setting**:o Establish daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives. o Communicate goals clearly to all team members.
- **Workflow Management**:o Assign responsibilities and prepare work schedules. o Monitor production processes to ensure optimal efficiency
- 3**. Team Leadership**:o Guide and coach employees to enhance their skills and productivity. o Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- **Safety Oversight**:o Ensure safe use of equipment and adherence to safety guidelines. o Schedule and oversee regular maintenance of machinery.
- **Quality Control**: o Verify production output against specifications. o Implement corrective actions for any discrepancies.
- **Reporting**: o Prepare reports on production performance and progress. o Present findings and recommendations to senior management
- **Problem Solving**:o Identify inefficiencies in production processes. o Suggest and implement improvements.
- **Training and Onboarding**:o Consult with new employees on equipment safety and procedures. o Provide ongoing training to ensure team.
- **Adherence to Standards**:o Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- **Experience**: o 2+ years in a Production Supervisor or similar role. o Profound experience with manufacturing machinery and tools.
- **Education**: o High School Diploma-Mechanical Engineering, additional degree in engineering or relevant field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
