**Executive - Assembly & Production Supervisor**

Location**:Ambad Nasik**

Roles and Responsibilities:

- **Providing Assistance to immediate Superior in ensuring the machine are running as per Production planning.**:

- **Assissting Immediate Superior in daily reviews of the shift and sort out the problems if any**:

- **Assissting Immediate Superior in execution of development works of new products as and when instructed by DH (Production)**:

- **To follow the QMS and ensure that it is implemented in every production activity**:

- **Responsible for providing on the job training to new operators**:

- **Providing Assistance in eliminating/reducing wastage in the chain of the processes**:

- **Assissting Immediate Superior in Disposition of non-conforming products.**:

- **Assisstance in Organizing material from stores**:

- **Schedule and regular order related activities**:

- **Assissting Immediate Superior in Control of tools and rectification.**:

- **Providing assisstance and support in Setting up of machine for new batch**:

- **Ensuring implementation of safety practices at shop floor & 5S practices at shop floor**

Experience & Skills required:
**2 -4 yrs (Minimum 1 year exposure to assembly & Production in Auto Plastic manufacturing )**

Qualification:
**B E or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Plastics Moulding technology.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
