**1.Production Supervisor/Engineer (Must Have Experience of Sheet Metal Press Shop)**

**Experience: 2 To 5 Years**

**Job Purpose**:
Plan and execute daily production as per schedule.

**Monitor shift-wise production output, machine utilization, and downtime.**

Ensure production targets and customer delivery timelines are met. Promote and maintain 5S, visual management, and cleanliness in the shop floor.

Key Skill

Strong knowledge of press machines (mechanical/hydraulic) and sheet metal processes

**Understanding of quality tools: 7 QC Tools, Poka Yoke, Kaizen, etc.**

**⚫ Basic understanding of TPM, OEE, JH, and Lean Manufacturing**
