Job Details Press Shop Operations & Monitoring
  • Oversee daily operations of blanking presses (300T1000T) and ensure smooth production.
  • Monitor press machine performance and ensure optimal utilization.
  • Supervise automated robotic loading and collection mechanisms.
Production & Efficiency Tracking
  • Track OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and analyze machine downtime.
  • Ensure adherence to OTD (On-Time Delivery) commitments.
  • Implement SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) for quick tool changeovers.
  • Coordinate with maintenance to minimize machine breakdowns and improve uptime.
Quality & Process Improvement
  • Monitor and execute Poke Yoke (error-proofing) measures.
  • Ensure adherence to Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 practices.
  • Implement ECN (Engineering Change Notes) and ensure smooth integration.
Tooling & Automation
  • Ensure proper upkeep and availability of blanking and gang-punching tooling.
  • Troubleshoot blanking process issues and automation failures.
Workforce & Safety Management
  • Allocate manpower efficiently and track workforce productivity.
  • Conduct daily team briefings on production targets and safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.
Coordination & Reporting
  • Liaise with Quality, Maintenance, and Production Planning teams for smooth operations.
  • Generate daily production reports and escalate issues requiring management intervention.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
