**NOTE: Compulsory First 3 months of training will be imparted about Product in the DAY SHIFT from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm at the office at Neelankarai, ECR, Chennai**, then work-from-home set up.

**Role & responsibilities**
- Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, escalations, and delivery-related issues.
- Manage order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
- Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Call abandoned customers, convince them, and drive sales (sales targets will be assigned).
- Handle and respond to customer reviews on Trustpilot and Amazon.
- Work closely with the sales team and make outbound calls when required.
- Experience in customer support (handling international customers).
- Strong communication skills in English (French is an advantage).
- Experience with Shopify is preferred.
- Ability to handle complaints, escalations, and customer retention calls.
- Comfortable working night shifts and meeting performance targets.
