**Position**: Customer Support Executive
**Experience**: 1-5 Years.
**Qualification**:Any Degree.
**Locatio**n: Neelankarai, Chennai.
**Shift**:Day Shift.

**Role & responsibilities**
- Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, escalations, and delivery-related issues.
- Manage order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
- Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Call abandoned customers, convince them, and drive sales (sales targets will be assigned).
- Work closely with the sales team and make outbound calls when required.
- Experience in customer support.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Preferred Multilingual (Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu)
- Ability to handle complaints, escalations, and customer retention calls.
