**Position**: Customer Support Executive
**Qualification**: Any Degree.
**Experience**: 0-3 Years.
**Job Type**: Full-time.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
**Requirement**:
- Freshers are most welcome.
- Fluency in Hindi, Kannada and English.
- Other Languages are added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, CRM tools is a plus).
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
